All Your Twisted Secrets

I started this one when my thirteen-year-old started reading it for novel study in school. I thought it would be fun to read it at the same time so we could discuss ideas and insights. This book is geared for young adults so I guess there isn’t much in the way of insight but it is an interesting enough read. Basically, this is a locked-door mystery with flashbacks of the teen’s lives prior to the central crisis. There is the typical “oh which boy do I really like?” dilemma which gets very tired for an adult reader. My teen is not too interested in that part either. Overall, pretty much what one would expect from this genre including the “twist” at the end but readable and fun to discuss some literary elements with my teen.
