Another great book by the author of The Huntress and The Alice Network. In The Rose Code, Kate Quinn follows her trend and tells the story of women doing important work during WWII. This time she weaves the tale of three women from different backgrounds working to crack coded enemy transmissions. The Rose Code might be my favorite Kate Quinn book although it could just be because it is my most recent read. This author always finds such fascinating and almost fantastical true stories of heroic women’s feats and fictionalizes them into really good books. The best part is after the book when you find out which parts are taken from factual occurrences and people.
